Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets for ZHARA Festival are non-refundable.

How do I transfer my ticket to another person?

Ticket owners may transfer their tickets to another person free of charge.Please note that any reimbursement or payment between the original ticket owner and the new ticket recipient is a private arrangement and does not take place through our ticketing system.

How to Transfer Your Ticket

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to “My Tickets.”
3. Select the ticket(s) you want to transfer.
4. Click “Transfer Tickets.”
5. Choose how many tickets you want to transfer.
6. Enter the recipient’s details.
7. Submit the transfer.

Important Notes

• You can only start one transfer at a time.
• If you purchased multiple tickets and want to transfer them to different people, each transfer must be completed sequentially.

Example: If you purchased 3 adult tickets and want to transfer 2 to one person and 1 to another, you must:

1. Complete the first transfer.
2. Wait until the first recipient provides their details, provides details for any additional attendees included with those tickets, and signs the required waiver(s)
3. Once the first transfer is fully accepted, you may begin the next transfer.

After You Submit a Transfer

The new recipient will receive an email prompting them to:

• Provide their personal details
• Provide details for any other attendees included in the transferred tickets (if applicable)
• Sign the required waiver(s)

Once completed, they will receive:

• New tickets
• New barcodes
• Waiver(s) issued in their name

Tickets: Adults General Admission (GA)

GA Adult tickets are for anyone 18+ ! This gets you full access to all performances, workshops, and entertainment at ZHARA Festival. Enjoy the whole experience!

Tickets: Youth

Youth tickets are available for ages 12 - 17.You can grab them online and join in the fun!

Tickets: Children

Tickets for children aged 5-11 are available online. Children under 5 do not need tickets to enter the festival; however, they must have waivers signed by their guardians.

We are powered by amazing volunteers! If you want to help out and earn a free or discounted ticket, apply here by email info@barsuk.ca. All ages and language skills are welcome—come be a part of the action!

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

Don't worry if you haven't bought your tickets yet—you can still purchase them at the festival gates. However, please keep in mind that, due to the high volume of visitors, there might be delays and manual processing at the entrance. Also, ticket prices at the gate will be higher compared to online sales.

Can I buy a one-day pass?

We don’t offer day passes. Your regular festival ticket covers you for either Friday or Saturday—come enjoy the full experience!

Do tickets include camping/parking?

Yes, your ticket includes camping and parking for the entire weekend, so you're all set for an incredible festival experience! Just a heads-up—RV sites are available, but come at an additional cost. For more details please contact us by email at info@barsuk.ca

We do not store, process, or use in any way credit or debit card information. All payment information is securely hosted and processed by our merchant provider, Helcim.
